Welcome to Clear Steps Consultancy
With over 30 years of expertise, we guide families, carers, and professionals in supporting children and young people, with or without diagnoses. We offer proven, research-backed advice, training, and care tailored to individual needs.
Led by a Queen’s Nursing Institute Award winner and Registered Nurse in Learning Disability (RNLD), Community Nurse Specialist (BSc Hons) our experience spans clinics, schools, charities, NHS settings, and family homes. At the heart of everything we do is the well-being of children, young people, and their families.
Step by step inclusive support approaches
Gut health influences and connects childrens Continence, Sleep and Behaviour. Our inclusive support shares “The Holistic PEE & Poo Approach” incorporating: physical health needs, alternative communication, sensory needs, dietetic advice, emotional needs and the nervous system, environment, incentives, and motivators and more to, enable more than one need to be explored, to truly understand why struggles are happening and what the underlying need is, what the child or young person is experiencing, the reason and how to help them as an individual, their family and the team of support around them in moving forward and progressing in a way that is right for the individual child.
